Return and Refund Policy

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products: We take pride in the quality of our HVAC products. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund.

1.2 Change of Mind: If you decide that the product is not suitable for your needs, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

2.1 Service Satisfaction: We stand by the quality of our HVAC services. If you are not satisfied with the HVAC service performed by YYC Heating & Cooling Pros, please contact us within 48 Hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a refund or credit.

2.2 Warranty: Our HVAC services are backed by a 14 warranty. If an issue arises related to the service provided within the warranty period, please contact us for prompt assistance and resolution.

3.1 Eligibility: Refunds for HVAC services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the service issue must fall within the terms outlined in the Service Satisfaction and Warranty sections.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds for HVAC services will be issued using the original payment method used for the service. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide an alternative refund method.

4.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your service appointment within 24 hours of booking. Once the service has been performed, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
