Warranty Information

The warranty covers defects in covered components of your Lennox HVAC equipment for a specified period.

This includes:

• Five years: Most covered components (excluding heat exchangers and compressors)
• Ten or Fifteen Years: Heat exchangers (depending on material and application)
• Five Years: Compressors

This warranty does not cover:

• Equipment not installed and maintained by YYC Heating & Cooling Pros.
• Equipment moved after initial installation.
• Repairs made by anyone other than a licensed professional at YYC Heating & Cooling Pros.
• Units that do not meet or violate regional government standards.
• Systems that are not AHRI-matched systems.
• Damage caused by various factors (refer to warranty document for details).
• Cosmetic defects or non-operational components that do not affect equipment performance.
• Equipment with a removed, defaced, or illegible serial or model number.
• Repairs required to meet compliance with code changes.
• Equipment stolen or ordered electronically (unless by installing contractor).
• Increased electricity or fuel costs.
• Delays caused by factors outside of Lennox's control.

• Contact YYC Heating & Cooling Pros Customer Service within 45 days of the failure.

Provide the following information:

• Equipment model and serial number
• Owner's name and location of equipment
• Original installation date (existing homes) or closing date (new construction)
• Description of the problem
• Proof of purchase and prior maintenance (may be required)
